This policy explains what information Warmlane collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers three groups of people: visitors to this website, people who contact us, and the business contacts we reach out to on behalf of our clients and ourselves.
Warmlane provides done-for-you B2B outbound as a service. For the purposes of this policy, Warmlane is the data controller for this website and for our own outreach. When we run outreach on behalf of a client, that client is the controller and Warmlane acts as their processor under a data-processing agreement. You can reach us any time at hello@warmlane.co. When you visit warmlane.co we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, in aggregate: pages viewed, rough location by country, device type, and how people arrive. This uses cookies and similar technologies. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you personally, and we do not sell this data. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
If you email us or start a pilot, we keep the details you share (your name, work email, company, and what you tell us about your goals) so we can reply and, if we work together, deliver the service. We keep this for as long as needed to help you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
Warmlane sends B2B outreach to people in their professional capacity. We use business contact information (name, job title, company, work email, and public signals such as hiring, funding or event activity) sourced from the individuals' employers, public professional profiles, and reputable third-party data providers. We do not target consumers, and we do not use special-category data.
Our legal basis is legitimate interest: reaching relevant professionals about a product that may help their business, balanced against their rights. Where local law requires consent instead, we follow that law. Every message we send:
If you have received outreach from us and want your details removed, reply with "unsubscribe" or email hello@warmlane.co. We will suppress your address and, on request, delete the record.
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate, such as email hosting and sending infrastructure and website analytics, and only so they can perform that service for us. We require them to protect your data. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
Warmlane is based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where data moves internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its use, and opt out of marketing at any time. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise any right, email hello@warmlane.co and we will respond within the time the law allows.
We keep data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires, then remove it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, including access controls and keeping credentials off shared systems.
We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
